Ces habitats  envisagent de provoquer une r\u00e9conciliation entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations dans un  sens communautaire. N\u00e9anmoins, rien n&rsquo;est dirig\u00e9. Si l&rsquo;architecture  n&rsquo;est pas mobile, sa fonctionnalit\u00e9 l&rsquo;est. Chaque espace, chaque pi\u00e8ce  ne d\u00e9termine pas sa fonction. Elle sera laiss\u00e9e au libre arbitre de  l&rsquo;occupant. La fonction de l&rsquo;architecture changera si son habitant le  veut. Cette ind\u00e9termination cr\u00e9e une dimension psychologique au  logement. De m\u00eame le projet se veut une utopie de la r\u00e9conciliation par  la multiplication des murs donc des ouvertures, cons\u00e9quence du choix  d&rsquo;un volume hexagonal plut\u00f4t que celui du cube. Cette mise en sc\u00e8ne simpliste du drame de la s\u00e9lection en  mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;enseignement se d\u00e9roule devant l\u2019une des nombreuses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s  d\u2019informatique de la r\u00e9gion. Ici, les rues sont baptis\u00e9es du nom de tel  ou tel savant, inventeur ou industriel c\u00e9l\u00e8bre. Ainsi, m\u00eame le plan  d\u2019une ville peut mettre en exergue la collaboration entre science  organis\u00e9e et grand capital.
